theMART achieved LEED for Existing Buildings certification in 2007, and has continued to maintain its certifications with 389nm LLC as a sustainability consultant. It currently has LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Gold Certification, and FitWel 2.1 two star certification. 389nm LLC also provides consulting with improving waste diversion in the building, and developed Rightbin, a waste tracking software service using the building scale, with theMART as its first beta tester. 389nm continues to focus on improving Rightbin with theMART as a partner, along with 121 showroom, office, and retail tenants. theMART has been a wonderful innovation partner to 389nm for over a decade.
