Kevin Dick, LEED AP O+M, ID+C

Kevin is the Principal of 389nm LLC, managing its green building portfolio and product and services development. Formerly, at Delta Institute as Program Director, Kevin led strategy and execution of six program areas with five staff and a budget of $2.4M. In his career, he has led and managed commercial, industrial and residential energy efficiency and renewable energy programs with budgets in excess of $20M, developed software products and services for utilities targeted at low-income customers as well as smart-building software products targeted at commercial building managers, and overseen and managed certifications of some of the largest and most complicated LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance projects. These include certification of the world’s largest commercial building, the Merchandise Mart and largest green museum, the Field Museum of Natural History. Kevin has a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Cincinnati, and a M.A. in Geography & Environmental Studies from Northeastern Illinois University.

Kevin lives in Chicago with his family in a 110 year old net-zero energy smart home. He spends his summers in northern Michigan, where his connection with the natural environment started at a very young age.
